My CAK
In My CAK you can easily look up or change your personal details. For example, changing your postal address, account number or requesting a payment schedule. My CAK also provides an overview of your decisions and invoices. You log in securely with your DigiD.
For the time being, My CAK can only be used for:
- The Healthcare abroad scheme
- The Social Support Act (de Wet maatschappelijke ondersteuning, Wmo)
- The long-term care act (de Wet langdurige zorg, Wlz)
