These are the contact details for the Health Insurance Abroad scheme. This is for customers who live abroad and receive a pension or benefit from the Netherlands, and for cross-border workers. Please visit the general contact page for details of the other CAK schemes.
My CAK
View and change your details in My CAK (Dutch only). You can log in safely with your DigiD. For example, download your annual statements and invoices in My CAK. You can also change or pass on your address and contact details here.

Send a message
You can send us a message or ask a question by completing the digital contact form. Select the ‘Zorgverzekering en buitenland’ (Health insurance and abroad) scheme. You can also upload any attachments.
Call us
You can contact us Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00. Our employees speak Dutch and English. Calls from the Netherlands are free of charge. From abroad, you pay the usual call charges. Would you rather have us call you? In that case, leave a callback request by completing the online contact form.
