File a complaint
You can file a complaint if you are not satisfied with our services. For example, you feel that you have been mistreated by an employee. Or that you had to wait too long for a response from us.
There are several ways in which you can file a complaint:
- Online via the digital complaint form.
- Over the phone. Call us on +31 88 711 5551.
- By post. Please include in your letter at least the following information:
- your name
- your address
- your date of birth
- the date of the day you send the complaint
- What your complaint is
- your citizen service number (BSN)
- your telephone number (so that we can call you for a personal conversation)
