Paying automatically
Paying by direct debit is convenient. This way, you always pay on time and you don’t have to transfer the amount manually yourself. You don’t have to do anything.
Good to know
- A direct debit can only be done with your authorisation.
- Not enough funds in your bank account? That can happen. We’ll try again 15 days later.
- Do you disagree with a direct debit? Then you can have the amount refunded to your account within 56 days. You arrange this through your bank, for example in your payment app.
