There are several ways to make a complaint:

2. Telephone
Would you prefer to make your complaint by telephone? Then you can call us.
3. Letter
You can also send us a letter. Your letter needs to contain the following details:
- Your complaint.
- The date of your complaint.
- Your name and initials.
- Your address.
- Your date of birth.
- Your citizen service number (BSN).
- Your phone number, so we can call you for a personal conversation.
